I. MAIN PURPOSE Customer Service is an integral part of the Sales proposal to a customer. It is assumed in China that every producer is able to back the warranty period with adequate service network. Our competitors being in China for quite a long time have already establish their service networks and one of them ( Haier) can easily have a synergy in this field with their white goods service network.
