\\\" Monitor the production quality by statistical process control methods, familiar with FEMA MSA ; \\\" Identify and solve problems with 8D Fishbone by review the type testing records and inspection records; \\\" Statement, root cause analysis and corrective action implement to resolve nonconformity in order to maintain efficient operations; \\\" Report the indicates of quality performance including supplier parts defect rate, manufacture defect rate plant return rate and poor quality cost as KPI\\\'s; \\\" Support department manager to setup and improve total quality management system, drive continuously improvement culture to ensure excellent quality performance and customer satisfaction; \\\" Lead IQC, IPQC, OQC and type testing team to ensure the production quality level; \\\" Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; \\\" Priorities and assign tasks to ensure that the team\\\'s resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met; \\\" Other assignment of direct supervisor
招聘要求
\\\" University degree major in science or engineering; \\\" Be skilful of verbal and writing English; \\\" Knowledge of ASTM ISO IEC and GB standards; \\\" Strong logic thinking to monitor special process e.g. chemical, welding and heat treatment etc. \\\" More than 3-year experiences of manufacturing quality control, Green Belt is plus.
